What does bottoming out feel like, and how do I fix it?

Bottoming is a hard clunk or jolt when the suspension uses all of its travel. The fix is usually the right spring for your weight first, then more compression support.
- Check sag: too much sag means too soft a spring.
- Try compression: 2 clicks firmer at a time.
- Still bottoming? The valving or oil level needs to change for your weight and speed.
