TBT Technical Training Class

Build it. Then ride it.
Five days at the bench at TBT Racing Global HQ in Rancho Cucamonga. Forks Monday and Tuesday, shocks Wednesday, then Thursday you ride the suspension you built at Glen Helen and we tune it trackside. Six students, so Travis is at your bench, not a slideshow. 60% or more of the week is your hands on the parts.
The week
- Mon–Tue: forks. Every mid-valve, base valve and rebound stack comes apart and goes back together your way. Bike reassembly Tuesday.
- Wed: shocks. Comp, rebound, adjusters, springs, sag. Dinner at Top Golf.
- Thu: Glen Helen. Test and tune on what you built.
- Fri: by design. Your requests after four days on the bench.
- Sat (optional): the business side. Where to buy parts and why, taking your shop to the next level.
