How does ship-in suspension service work?

Fill out the TBT work order online, pick Ship-in, and send your fork and shock to TBT. We build them for your weight and riding, then ship them back.

The steps

  • Fill out the work order: your bike, your weight in street clothes, how and where you ride.
  • You get a TBT ticket number. It follows your parts the whole way.
  • Pack the fork and shock and send them in.
  • We build, test and ship them back with your setup sheet.
